The TEAM Up Campaign is bringing the entire community together to provide long-term solutions to Skagit County. We are doing this by starting at the beginning. United Way of Skagit County is working closely with Skagit Valley Hospital, partner agencies, and fundraising partners to lift-up and equip local families with the tools they need to prepare their children for success in school and life. Through the Welcome Baby and partner programs we are not only providing families with important practical resources like diapers and wipes, we are also providing them with emotional support and connection to resources. Because of COVID-19 the need is greater than ever.
With your help, we can lift-up and equip 500 Skagit families.
