Designed for both expecting and new parents, the Bringing Baby Home Program will give you skills and information to recognize and cope successfully with the normal stressors of becoming a family.
Four Evening Workshop
Thursdays, March 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2019
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Family birth Center, 3rd floor waiting room, Skagit Valley Hospital, 300 Hospital Parkway, Mount Vernon.
A light meal will be provided at each session.
Class size limited, pre-registration is required.
This program teaches couples how to:
- Increase friendship in their relationship
- Deal effectively with conflict
- Involve both partners in infant care and parenting
- Improve the quality of parent-child interaction
- Recognizing the emotional needs of their child and each other
